DiveThru combines guided breathing, journaling and reflection to help our ‘divers’ to DiveThru what they go thru. We have a team of licensed therapists who develop our content, so they’re designed to truly help you live life connected to yourself and your community.
The DiveThru method is delivered in what we call ‘Dives’. Upon signing up, you customize your DiveThru homepage to feature topics that are relevant to you and what you’re hoping to work through. Dives are broken up into two types, quick dives and deep dives.
Quick Dives are for those in-the-moment situations when you need to quickly DiveThru and go about your day. They feature one-off conversations on a specific topic. Just had a fight with your partner? We have a Dive for that. Feeling triggered? We also have a Dive for that. There are even Quick Dives that help you to organize your mind, reflect on your week and work through your stressful workday.
Sometimes, you need to Dive a bit deeper, so we offer Deep Dives- Dive bundles that are made up of 14 Dives. They help you to DiveThru a topic that requires more work. Have a fear you’re wanting to work thru? Our Exploring Fear bundle will take you through 14 Dives that will help you better understand your fear, accept it for what it is and release it in order to live in alignment. Having problems with your relationship with food? Our Food & Your Feelings bundle will help you work through it. Looking to develop a business idea? We can even help you to better understand your big idea with the Connecting To Your Big Idea bundle.
Unlike life, Diving Thru is an easy process. You simply pick a topic, grab your earbuds and journal, press play and we’ll help you to handle the rest. You can even show your friends how evolved you are by sharing a quote relevant to your Dive or a topic that you are interested in. DiveThru is always there for you - on your phone or desktop.
